Listen & Converse
In my executive coaching practice I choose to listen. Listening is the greatest way to enable meaningful conversation. Conversation is how we, together, learn the best route forward because we discover both our origins and our destination. That, very simply, is what I do with my clients - engage in the art of conversation.
I hear what people are really saying as opposed to what they’re telling me. This creates a level of intimacy which leads to genuine exchange and finding the core of my clients’ concerns, hopes and ambitions.
Action begins with realistic goal setting. The more specific a goal, the greater the likelihood of achievement. I assist my clients in creating plans to which they willingly commit and about which they can measure progress consistently against clear schedules and objectives.
